Dr. Mark Seipel, OD
Dr. Seipel received his BA from Colgate University and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry. After serving as chief of Optometry at The Portsmouth Naval Hospital he joined the practice with Dr. Jason in 1986. Dr. Seipel is a member of the The American Optometric Association and The Virginia Optometric Association. Dr. Seipel is Board certified in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.

Dr. John Dragon, OD
Dr.Dragon holds degrees from Susquehanna University and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. While on active duty in the U.S. Navy he was the Specialty Contact Lens Coordinator for the Portsmouth Naval Medical Center and clinical director for the Navy Special Warfare Refractive Surgery Program in Norfolk. Dr. Dragon is a member of The American Optometric Association and The Virginia Optometric Association. He joined the practice in 1991. He is also board certified in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.

Dr. Stanley L. Jason, OD
Dr. Jason is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry and has been in private practice for over 40 years. He is a member of The American Optometric Association, The Virginia Optometric Association and a member of the Lions Club. He is a past president of the Virginia State Board of Examiners. He is Board certified in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.
